Browne’s “The Pretender” album is a masterpiece. Very few works about personal relationships goes as deep as that record.

I know he;s pushing 74, but the grey beard look is not doing it for me.. if he wants to marry me he will have to shave it off.. seeing him in three states.. chasing him from state to state.. i have briefly met this man several times.. i am 58, never married, no kids, play piano, read music, sing karaoke, not a bad singer.. i want to BE a Rock Star not just marry one..

Thanks for posting these JB videos! I always wonder if the people who record concerts are able to really enjoy the concert even though they are seeing it through the camera lens. I hope you enjoyed this concert. I hope to see JB with the band again someday. I've seen a few of his solo acoustic shows but only twice with his band, and one of those wasn't even his usual band.

I try to hold my phone steady at chest level and watch the live performance with my own eyes, while only occasionally glancing down at the screen to make sure it's framed reasonably well. That's why the picture occasionally drifts out of frame, because the majority of my attention is on the performance and not my phone. So yes, I really did enjoy the concert! 🙂

My husband and I were there also ☺️. We have seen him several times but this one was special. I guess it because it such a reminder than we are all getting older, including JB himself. Each and every song sounded great and took us back to a time of youth and excitement for the future. We were high school sweethearts and cut our teeth so to speak. Lol. I actually had tears in my eyes on several songs that touched those special memories of hearing them for the first time he sang them. He has a huge fan base in St. Louis and he knows it❤️

E. I agree with David, I enjoy the concerts when I’m recording, I hold the camera in front of me, and watch the concert, and check the lens periodically for the framing. Check out my recording from the Beacon NYC 🎶
