16" plug container. I believe o-ring damaged during bottom and top plug loading. Or in some cases the cap was not properly tighten.

Lazy ass driller. Poor hand placement. Bolts or pins trading elevators. It's not good practice. The lady is being pulled in by the pipe tail being picked up, and her feet are under the pipe. Rack hand should be belaying the incoming pipe to neutralize the swing energy before being handled by the floor personnel. Lady is holding her own. 0 out of 10 for crew safety and team work.

When I worked for Haliburton, we were waiting on the casing crew that was a hand short. They asked if I could help them out and the crew boss and I did all the floor work. I caught the bottom of the casing as it came up the V door, spun off the thread protectors , set it in place for spin up. The casing crew boss had to many missing fingers , so I thought staying with Haliburton was the better option. Made about $150 for 3 hours work ,that was back in the late 70s .

They aren’t constructed on the sea. Rather they’re constructed/built onshore and then transported offshore for operations. They’re actually movable floating structures.
