Omg I can’t believe the patched the barrel jump. I used that for years

Found this while doing the Destruction master spell ritual. I didn't try to equip any of the stuff as I'm playing a pure mage build. It wasn't until some weeks later I'm putting the armour on to maniquins and had to equip the weapons to put them onto wall plaques. I'm not sure I want to bother with this quest.

I'd rather the corrupted version it just sucks you have to kill the guy and not reunite the lovers. Seems like it would have been the better armor to give for the good ending.

for me he didn't have silver armour , dwarven stuff or orc stuff but it was still worth bc he had everything else and I'm only level 2 so this gave a a good start

Yea its annoying you get the debuff even for simple assault. I think was cursed from attacking a wolf. Just give it to Lydia, let her wear it.

On anniversary edition the barrel is not in same spot still can get on wall but can’t exit Platter method worked very well! But no chest?

There was a glitch in the game and he fell underneath the skyforge and there was the hidden box with all the other things in it nice

Switch version got rid of barrle but you can drop the do not delete chest to jump it in 2024

I really hated the quest to pray at each of the shirnes. For some reason the quest reset on me and I had to find all the shrines I'd already prayed at and the game wouldn't show me their locations. Needless to say I was really pissed off about it! Stupid quest!

easiest way to get out for me was going towards one of the archery targets and jumping while sneaking until i phased through, havent done this glitch in almost 10 years lmao

I bought this from the Creation Club just to get the sword but now I have to get nine blessings every time I use it. I sold it to the blacksmith in Solitude. What a waste of money.

You don't need to buy anything when talking to the blacksmith. Talking to him resets the chest (you will have to sleep 2 days). Didn't think about saving / killing him which is nice. Also if you load up on goods from the chest you can sell them to Adrianna for more cash. The guy inside the shop also has money and you can really cash in by saving / killing / loading. Good info though

For anyone wondering this does still work! :)

It's easier to do the clip with the kettle, which is made easier if you run into the part of the wall that juts out to the right of where you did it with the platter, just make sure you start to sprint right before you walk into the kettle

The chest isn't resetting for me, do you know why?

I love the armor...well the aesthetic. The enchants on it are awesome and very helpful...however I literally will do a quest and boom i have to do pilgrims path. I never did anything wrong I just fought and killed bad creatures or people aka creatures or people who attacked me first. I never stole anything or did anything bad and itll still give me the quest. Whats the point in having an armor if you cant fight with it or if itll just debuff your stamina, and your carry weight...

Its a cool armor set but you kill anything and it resets the annoying quest and takes away the buffs.
