3:41:00 Thats where i finally realised the comedic genious of it all. Thankfully i had also listened to the Podcast episode where they reviewed Star Trek 2 , so it hit with double the force. Good God Tim, 5 Popcorn buckets for you, great job.

A lawyer that did a reaction to this pointed out that it's actually normal to pay witnesses, though for fact witnesses like Orion Jacks and Jessie Pop, you're generally only allowed to basically reimburse them for their time. Tim doesn't know that of course, and even if the arrangements were legal, he made them thinking he was bribing them and definitely didn't declare it anywhere. So when the prosecutors called it out and he didn't bother objecting, he looked super suspicious to the jury.

4:02:27 Very symbolic camerawork here. For a brief moment, Mr. Heidecker appears to be a tiny little man shrinking before the podeum of Justice.

This is one of the ultimate examples of Gregg's hostility and character assasination towards Mr. Heidecker. Then in an appalling excess of vanity and ego, Gregg has the gall to make a murder trial about him, going so far as to whine about his movie collection. That "judge" must have been a closet user of the TCH nutritional system to allow Turkington's ravings as evidence! Disbarred hopefully after this farcical miscarriage of "justice"

… … a possible cautionary tale of the possible risks taken by the choice to represent your self in court. And I declare that it definitely is, it for nothing else than the spectacle of it all! Tim Heidecker for President of the United States 🇺🇸 2024!

Upon rewatching I realized that at 1:34:17 Tim asks the detective whether or not he's requested a handwriting analyses from the defendant, to which the detective responds "no" This is what inspires him to forge a letter by Luther and have Manuel present it to the court much later at 3:50:00
