Hi Josh!, Amazing arrangement, I'm finishing learning this one on a metal-string Taylor. Have you ever thought about rating your arrangements by difficulty? I'm wondering how the rest of your arrangements compare to this one.
@joshforbesguitar18663 ай бұрын
i haven't really ever thought about that. interesting idea though. honestly looking back on them, a lot of them have been pretty tough lol. Harmony has some tricky chord changes, but nothing too fast. i'd say it's on the easier side compared to a lot of the others i've done. sea shanty 2 is probably also one of the easier ones as well. The difficulty of others typically comes from holding bar chords while stretching with other fingers to play the melody, and a few have some kind of fast passages. But I don't think anything that i've done is out of reach for intermediate level players.

@@joshforbesguitar1866 Random question: how do you sell your tabs? Is it embedded through a service or something? Thinking about doing the same myself.
@joshforbesguitar18665 ай бұрын
@@AdrianUnplugged I use a site called square. They have templates you can use to make your site. I upload items on the site, and people can pay me through the site. 2 downsides: 1. of course, square takes a cut. it's like 8% or something like that. 2. Whenever i get confirmation that someone bought something, i have to then send them whatever they bought in a separate email. So the website doesn't host my items, just the option to pay for them. Hopefully i'll move onto patreon at some point, but wanna have a more consistent audience before I do that, which means I need to put out better vids and get better at guitar ;)

Hands down the best acoustic OSRS covers on KZbin. You keep the soul of the songs intact; clearly playing the bass and melody, don't add or delete notes, and most importantly don't mess with the tempo. I'd love to see you cover Baroque, as I think its one of the top OSRS songs. Keep it up!

Wow. I’ve seen a lot of people rip this on acoustics, but you remade it in your on voice on a classic guitar. As a musician myself I understand how much you studied into this song. The chord changes the little riffs the embellishments everythint. I’m literally in tears bro. I’m so fucking proud of you and I don’t even know you. Well done sir. Please never stop.
