You can still get those swords but they are currently the top 1 to 3 rarest since the event is pretty much forgotten so if u got the night edge congrats you got the 2nd rarest sword but if u got the when day breaks congrats you got the rarest sword

Yes you can also when day breaks is also the rarest sword in the game while night edge is the 2nd rarest almost tied with when day breaks
