nice plan. HOA is overpriced for a virtual security. I do like the house but no outdoor kitchen and my concern with all those trees would be what is out there. I am in CA planning to relocate so I watch your videos. You do a great job! Any homes in Cantera Hills?

Dont forget that the empty 400 acres next to this community will also have Perry homes in it. Will also have a public park and an amenity center with pool and gym. And commercial pads right next to this community. Good investment moving forward

Yes I do. It basically comes down to each community. Meyer Ranch does have a MUD however if you are 100% VA disabled the MUD portion of the tax gets waived along with property taxes. This is not the same for ALL communities with a MUD or a PID.

@@terraGaliciaXXIV Coventry is a pretty good builder. The other builders in this community I can't say the same. I am definitely not a fan of Pulte / Centex. They do belong in the same group you're talking about.

@@mosesgonzales8820 this particular home is in Bulverde Tx which is just north of San Antonio. This builder can build anywhere in the greater SA area to include Boerne and New Braunfels Tx.
