I met a friend of mine for drinks and tapas to follow. We had a wonderful time talking, laughing and flirting a bit. Theres no reason an adult she lose control , get sloppy. We should always maintain class and composure amd alcohol is not an excuse. So i felt like i was on my game and we kisses in the cab. I asked my friend to come up to my apt, sleepover etc and she said "no" laughed and i persisted by letting a mpment pass or topic to change then asking "now do you want to come up? We parted an i woke the next day having that second take kind pf feeling , wha, wha,wha i do!!!" I took a walk to where my friend tended bar and apologized for pushing the issue. I felt that i didnt let her say no. "You are a pussy cat Pete. Always a pussy cat in the best way.

I'm a T10 paraplegic and I have a question about ejaculation if anyone on here can help I would be grateful... I get erection very easy and have had sex a bit since my injury but I have a question,... sometimes it almost feels like I'm having an orgasm but no ejaculate ever comes out, is the ejaculate going into my bladder?? Or is nothing at all happening and I'm just thinking I feel that??

For a man even, I’m that guy in the chair… I miss Connexion with the other sekse, I’m married and happy, but sometimes I wil my self just feeling sexy just like a women wil… I’m incomplete and that stil works, I need a little bit more stimulation but til now I’m blessed. Maybe over 5 year I’m complete spine injury, til now it’s go very slow, operation is not possible (it’s possible) but that after the surgery complete spine is very big 90% and 10 % that it wil be like know forever, I choose for not a surgery and maybe a have 5/10 or maybe 15 years, and walking I can’t anymore, I sit every day almost a year in my wheelchair, so I learn by the day to live in a wheelchair, I can stil pee on my own, nr 2 not anymore but every day on the same time and hope that it wil be better by the day … can have normal sex til now, so no surgery, and they give me right in hospital 🙏🏻…

Thank you so much for this.. PCPs often don’t give any details My PT started causing what was described to me as Secondary Cascade Injuries Im T12-L5 incomplete I have some urine control and full bowel function if I stay aware and keep a routine Lower body use is right side (some) left side horribly limited and painful (as is my spine 24/7) I have developed problematic spasms and lower body swelling. I can control it with lots of painful effort (and I do). The meds so far are more problematic than the pain. Sometimes I wish it had been full chop (I know that sounds sick) but the spasms get relentless at times and are affecting my ability to even pretend I am half normal. The spasms (to me) are worse than the very limited use of my legs

I thought slough was not present in partial thickness wounds. The NPIAP states that slough is only present in full thickness wounds

I am on oral Baclofen. While it lessens my spasms it does not eliminate them. My doctor suggested I try THC. My spasm are only bad at night. I take THC oil 2 hours before bedtime. I initially I was scared to take it. You know the just say no campaign. But it as a godsend. You do get stoned but I go to bed and I sleep until morning. I was initially sceptical but I talked to other doctors and they agree that it was a legitimate approach. Travel is a bit of a problem

Is it an Indica or sativa strain that helps? Do you use baclofen during the day and the thc at night?

@@JDMvids1105 Indica, but they tell me most oils are now hybrids. I take baclofen at night (9:00). I take oil at (10:00). Strange but it is cheaper to buy it at a Canabis store than buy the medical oil at a Pharmacy. My doctor says that it is the same product. My health car coverage will not pay for it. I don’t take baclofen in the daytime. It would just make me a zombie all day.

Great video, good information. However, baclofen is NOT a neurotransmitter like the doctor says. Baclofen is a drug that causes the release and inhibition of certain neurotransmitters by binding to a specific site (GABA-B). When used directly in the spinal cord it is still binding to a receptor and is not a neurotransmitter. Our bodies do not make baclofen on our own in any way. Just wanted to clear that up!

Amazing work , Thank you for the super informative videos. I wish we could multiply or clone these Team members and place them in every town. I believe that if more PT offices were to follow your plan, We could all be healthier, and have a very small re operation rate for people with incomplete spinal cord injuries. I am one of such people.

I’m 23 and have been on oral baclofen since I was 14, I’ve suffered with serve leg spasms all my life and they where getting progressively worse where a spasms would last 2 weeks and make me unable to move. I’m 3 weeks post op and cannot begin to tell you how grateful I am that I had the pump fitted. My legs no longer constantly want to spasm and I have not had one spasm since having the pump. Cannot recommend enough! Ask any questions

@@IAMKPEACE I have suffered with really bad leg spasms since I was 2 1/2 years old. Due to being born premature. My leg spasms would last upto two weeks and would make me unable to move. Now I’m not on any of the medications I was in previously, just the pump. Best wishes, Alex

I have a pump. It changed my Life, I have had 3 pump failures that were nightmares and always a worry that it can happen again. I still would hate to be without my pump. I have chronic pain due to a spinal injury. Thanks to Doctor Perry at Cedar Sinai who did a 5 level lower lumbar fusion, ALIF, PLIF 360 removed my disk and put spacers in. I can walk now. I am Unable to use Baclofen due to side effects, but get my pain meds through my pump. If you are considering getting a pump, I would highly recommend that you do.

@@andreyyakunin3114 The first failure, the line that goes into my back came out somehow. In the second failure, the pump just stopped working. In the third failure, the battery had died faster than expected. It had been in for over five years. When a pump stops working, I become very sick with withdrawals. It is horrible horrible feeling with extreme pain. I have Fentanyl and Bupivacaine at a very high dosage in my pump. When a pump fails, there is an alarm that goes off every few minutes. The first time this happened, my wife and I would hear this chirp, thinking it was a dead battery in one of the fire alarms. We checked all the fire alarm batteries, and they were good. I then realized the noise was coming from inside me. I don't remember the Medtronic rep telling me about the alarm. This alarm sounds until the pump is replaced. You are not only feeling horrible, you have this alarm to remind you every few minutes. The only good thing as a result of these failures, is I can lower my medication. You build up a tolerance to opiates over time. Over time, the medication can be raised again over time. Medtronic has supposedly fixed the problems. The pump I have now has been in for about four and half years. I don't want to dissuade anyone from getting an intrathecal pump. It has made life tolerable in helping with the chronic pain. I hope this helps answer your questions, and you find help with your pain.

So you want to baby people instead of pushing people. I don’t care if they have a spinal cord injury or not you don’t baby people you push them to make them better. So you’re doing injustice to these people that have spinal cord injuries. My girlfriend was in a terrible car accident she’s quadriplegic and I will never baby her because if I baby her she will never move forward and that’s how you’re treating these people that have spinal cord injuries you baby them they don’t move forward you push them they move and live
