It's funny you seen a shadow in that room, if you had a look more closely at the back wall in that room you can see people have been trying to break through the wall because supposedly behind that "fake" wall is the actual entrance to the rest of the honeycomb tunnels under hill 60. It'll be a mystery until someone breaks through.
