You need to use the filters in your interview process to show them you know how. Any time you are being graded in a class you need to show your proficiency in all of the tools. If a student in an actual class doesn't want to use them, that's your call as the Teacher.

No. Palfish is an App you use to teach and do your interview. It is only available on a device such as a phone or tablet.

Unless they have messaged you before, you would not know who they are. There is no list anywhere. Sometimes they will contact you directly but the English may be a little off and obscure to understand. If you are wanting to let all of your students know you have New Times available or you're changing your schedule you can always post a moment to share about it with everyone and if a Head Teacher needs to contact you they know where to go.

I would count them more towards your visibility and free advertising. Very rarely does anyone give you a tip which is called a red envelope. So, no, I wouldn't suggest you do that to make money. Way back in the early days some big influencers made a fair bit of cash because they were highly advertised.
