Does it need to configuration for if Mains power off and automatically start a DG , but i know to connection to main EB to connect 3phase line to connect DG for automatic start ...

Yes it is needed for auto start.. You can use the same principle and use relays for auto detection of power on off along with a single phase preventor for better detection
