Just so you know for the future at 4.40 the legal route does not cross the river but actually goes upstream for a while before joining the track - it's generally not too bad in winter but in the summer can be a bit slippy

I admire your attention to being legal, as all to often you see KZbin videos of people churning up the moors on public footpaths, where even a mountain bike shouldn't be, let alone a motorcycle. I love wild camping, which I admit is not legal, but if you are on the moors and tucked away, you do not draw attention at all. It is all to often given a bad press by the idiots in groups, camping in woods and lighting fires, and posting videos of their so called wild camping trip. I must disagree about sheep being the most stupid animals though, we humans are by far the most stupid life forms on the planet.

I remember the Tetty trail well. Did it solo this September between St. Davids and Tenby, lots of grass and mud and tarmac B roads. Midwales was even more adventurous. I'll be back in 2024. Happy days, Günter/Nürnberg
