The beauty of this version: it is (gladly) not auto-tuned or (pitch) corrected. Love-it 💜💜💜

Seeing someone sing in a mask makes me feel better. It makes me think maybe I can do stuff like this too even though I'm immunocompromised

As a victim of a narcissistic abuse who has been lost and forgot who she really was for years, this song hits hard every time i listen to this song but this version just hits different. Cried my eyes out remembering what I've been through. Still slowing getting up my own feet even after 3 years

I get this is a chorus arrangement, and that flattens some things I like about the song, but Monica Thieu shines through and shows the emotional weight and power the solo performance can have. Really great work 🎉

Nothing about God......just themselves and ME what I want......what does God's word say. It's an abomination.

Aww. Poor thing hasn’t actually read a bible. “God’s word” also says you’re not allowed to eat shellfish, or wear clothing of mixed fibers. Also says women should be sent out of the city during “that time of the month” or else be stoned. So, when are you packing???

Btw: it’s ATL WOMEN’S CHORUS. Funny how you immediately assumed they’re all something you should hate or judge. They’re not. Quite a few are married to MALES,have children, etc, everything that’s acceptable to YOU. Funny thing though- YOU are not the judge of what’s acceptable and what isn’t. In fact, if you ever read a bible, you’d find out it literally says “love one another”. “Love thy neighbor as thyself”. Doesn’t say “Isaac gets to judge everyone”.

Such a lovely performance. With wonderful, caring nuances and an outstanding soloist. Thank you. I love the song since watching the cover by the thunk choir here on youtube. I'm listening to that version at least once a month. But this one is just as beautiful, breathtaking, it brings up tears and it moves one to the heart, melting the troubles away through feeling them. Thank you all for this heartfelt song with so many new depths to explore, to listen and to cry to.

Beyond beautiful. I always sing this song alone. By myself. And I cry. But now there is this version. With so many women standing beside me.

So cool! If high school choir had been awesome like this, I wouldn't have intentionally blown my (forced, it was private school) audition! I was just happy to play in the band instead, the music was a lot more fun than what the choir had to endure.
