do you store roof separate from frame or pack them up in bag together? thanks

Hi @love4steel, we recommend storing the canopy frame and roof fabric separately. With the canopy frame going into the protective cover bag, and the roof fabric going into the white bag (both bags were provided within the bog of their respective item). Customers often do leave the roof fabric on the canopy and store it away into the protective cover bag, but this may result in scratching and tearing of the roof (which would not be covered under warranty). It would be really helpful to have a video of one person putting up the tent. Any suggestions on how to put it up by yourself?

Lol like everyone throws their canopy off a roof! But everyone one of these pop ups turn into a huge water balloon the first hard rain.

This biggest problem with pop up canopies is water pooling on the canopy roof, causing it to cave in. Have you addressed this issue with your brand?

I was thinking about purchasing this but I don’t know how it inflates, how compact it is, etc. after watching this video on the product I am now officially dumber than I was before. Oh wait - I know that it can clear a ski boat. So there’s that.

this company and there canopys suck ...i ordered one and it came messed up i tried returning it and they wanted me to pay for shipping ...SMH... its saids on there website 100% guaranteed . the stitching was bad and had holes in the carrying bag.
