I own a 2018 Platinum with less than 64,000 miles. It is my dream truck and a pleasure and fun to drive. I am an old man now 10.20.24 at 72 years. I love my truck and I keep the maintenance tip top. Mine is Barcelona Red all black interior. I have had several Toyota trucks in the past. This is probably my last while on this earth. Great ride bar NONE.

Good presentation.....allow me a quick question.....so the ( partial AWD system like on Sienna) system is basically always in front-wheel-drive mode and the extra-2 back wheels kick in when needed....OK. Is there a common problem we can check for, if the dash warning comes on? Reason for asking....my son-in-law has this car and the dashboard warning came on, on his 2016 Sienna.... about an AWD problem ( one warning says "Traction Control Off",....the other is "Check AWD system"...and the CEL light came on, too). Is there a "typical" , first-round check that we can do, that may find the cause? Car was never towed .

Hi were planning to buy sienna2024 wondering hows the sienna in cold weather temperature?does it have factory remote start? Do you need to boost the battery when the temp drops down below-20? Does it feel comfortable seating in long drive?

I solely bought a Prius because of the reliability rep - mainly the automatic transmission. It is almost as simple in terms of mechanical strength as the fixed-gear setup Tesla and others use for EVs. I have to buy most cars only above 100,000 miles due to cost issues. It’s so hard to get a decent auto gearbox/transmission at that point. And a towbar being present, tells you that fluid will be burned brown and never changed! I have only had my gen 3 for almost a year, and it’s one of the few cars I really kind of love. It’s nice to have it, and its niggles like the low battery (12V)/‘Parking malfunction’ thing every time a cold spell of weather coincides with the car being sat a week. I will fix this with perhaps just insulating the battery compartment, I think. Already replaced the battery, charged it etc. That is truly the only complaint about the car. A BIG reason that is right up with the auto Xmission reliability, is the ability to heat the cabin etc to a good level. Having an ICE is a pain except if you live in a cold climate when the excess heat is a freaking asset, it turns out. If I go walking, out in the sticks, and get cold, wet and hungry, I don’t want a car where I cannot get it hot to an almost uncomfortable level easily - and maybe, it stops me getting home if I did! I drove Tesla and a LEAF and both left my feet frozen like blocks of ice after an hour in the cold. That’s why I ended up going for a hybrid, once I relaised the uphill struggle EVs had to heat the cabin enough to satisfy me. The full-electric thing is odd now, with petrol/gasoline AND home energy prices being so high for us in the UK - it’s not cheaper to drive electric on a day-to-day basis any more. And with it being only really a winning tech, if you can pay for the solar panels and battery etc for your home first! That’s a long way round to get to EV ownership at an economic level. Watching this 3 years later, still of interest to me! Take care all.

Buyer Beware !!! I purchased a 2019 Genesis G90 Ultimate. After owning it 4 months, the dash started to "bubble". I called a Genesis dealer close to me and they scheduled me an appointment. A month and a half into the future. Regardless, I patiently waited. The day came and they did valet the car. No one seems to have a "loaner" available ... ever. Anyway, the local dealer fixed the dash and returned the car to me. Well, as fate would have it, they broke the trim ring on the heads up display when putting the dash together. I call them and again, they schedule me an appointment again, a month and a half in the future. They came and picked up the car on the scheduled date and again, returned the car after replacing the trim ring. I drive the car and I notice that the LCD screen seems to have a white cloud over half the screen. It didn't move with the map nor move with screen info changes. Getting a little fed up with this apparently incompetent service department, I call them back to report the LCD screen. Yup, you guessed correctly, a month and a half to get the car in to look at the LCD screen. But now there's a catch. They will no longer Valet the car because I didn't purchase it from them. Wait, what ??? That's not what was promised by Genesis when I purchased the car. So, I call the dealer that I DID purchase the car from. They ask me to send pictures and I do. I never heard back. I call them, send pictures ... again. I don't hear back. I then call Genesis USA and get a representative. I tell him that if I wanted to be treated this bad by a dealer that I will just buy another BMW. He states that he'll call the dealer and get to the root of the issue then call me the next day. Guess what ? I never heard back from him either. So, guess what I did ? I SOLD THE DAMN CAR. I will NEVER purchase another GENESIS EVER. If you own a Genesis or plan to buy one do be aware that the dealers are not required to honor the valet nor the loaner car as promised buy Genesis USA. I was told that by the Genesis Rep. Crazy thing, I don't miss the car. Hmmm, what does that tell me..... Best of luck.

I noticed even the E Awd puts down power to the rear first then does a front power fill when in dry conditions. Really helps the car squat while letting the nose rotate. Impressive system for a SUV this size
