He's most likely a club promoter. They are organizers/advertisers for the club and they are usually very good at getting people in the door.

ive stayed at the mgm grand when i was younger. couldnt really give you my opinion about it because i was too young to enjoy it but the revel is great. esp because its only a 30 min drive from home;)

This may be the shittiest promotion for a venue that I have ever seen. Get your money back, delete my comment, and hire some Harrahs employees. This makes me not want to come there; and I've been there, spent money gambling and bottles in VIP, and I will come back, but this piece of shit promotion video makes me want to not ever think twice about coming.
