Not realy.. Some people do not believe in God and they are very peaceful and out of conflicts.. And you can be in peace with God and have conflicts in the name of the truth, the justice etc just like Jesus, his followers and other prophets of God did before them. We should't compare the spirit of god and his son to a cute peace and love boudha follower.. He is truth, he has a heart, he feels pain, joy, but also anger and sadness, and his children too.. Some of you will be blamed by God for being inactive, dead, poor inside, not taking his side, and a lot of Christians hide behind the " peace " mask, afraid to stand for the truth, the justice, the word of God saying " i'm in peace, i'll just pray and God will change this situation ", but God is asking them to act and react, without fear. Also the holy spirit can talk and show some anger and send warning with authority

Strong belief in the doctrines of a religion, based on spiritual conviction rather than proof.. God is a psychological creation that is signifying ultimate ideality. The concept of god is just a manifestation of humanity.

No darling is right. The Bible also says that faith ( belief) is dead that works. So is he saying that the Old Testament people had no chance of salvation? They had the same chances as we have his misunderstanding of the Old Testament in the teaching of most modern Christianity is that the Old Testament somehow depicts a god of anger and unforgiving God, but that is furthest from the truth. They’ve had the same faith in God parenthesis Christ as people can have today. God does not change his ways do not change. Salvation was offered to them the same way as it is offered to us. Faith is necessary, but it must be coupled with works.
