I started using sulfate free shampoos after watching your video bcoz you told that sulfates are harmful but my dermatologist told me to use sulfate shampoo to have a clean scalp and to prevent build up. So please don't just use whatever influencer is telling you to do. Do your own research before trying. Sulfate free shampoos have almost emptied my hair

I use SLS free shampoo. For me, SLS free shampoo is suitable for dry scalp. If you have oily scalp, you can use sls shampoo since it cleans your scalp better. for dry scalp, just wash your hair twice (shampoo) to remove build up. most sls shampoo contains more chemical, which is quite drying or not really make your hair healthy (thats why we need to wash our hair everyday). if our scalp is healthy, you can have gaps for washing days. like 2-3 times a weekwithout feeling really dry. its far better to use shampoo that contains natural derived ingredients .

@@aisyhere You have dry scalp that's why it has suited you people like me who have oily scalp or live in hard water areas sulfate free shampoos will not work and that's why I'm saying not to use any product recommended by influencer and do own research first

1 flavour the water. Nimbu adrak strwaberry basil cucumber in water. 2 keep it everywhere in room car bag table. It should be in reach. 3 associate a habit with drinking water. For eg everytime you login to Instagram you can have water. 4 take empty bottle where you go. Fill it there and finish it before heading home. 5 buy a fancy bottle. Might work for some. 6 substitute water with watery fruits like cucumber watermelon etc. 7 apps that can send reminders 8 u can use tally marks also instead of apps on a notebook or something. 9 once u finish a glass of water, fill the next one up immediately and keep it near. 10 if u get more urine from drinking water. Plan restroom breaks, never leave house before using restroom.
