In Name section should I write 'Name Surname' or Name FatherName Surname' or 'Name'. On my 10th Certificacte it wrote like 'Surname Name FatherName'. Should I write exact same as 10th certificate or 'Name Surname' sufficient.

Sir, my Dad was working in government school and got VRS and my mom worked as a HM in govt school and got retired and they are no more , so am under FC category , will I come under creamy or non creamy category ? Another doubt sir , I do not have a degree certificate and am passed out of 2016 and I lost my degree certificate due to recent flood, but am having a consolidated marksheet and provisional certificate will that work out if I apply with that now and later produce my degree certificate ?
