Hey man thank you so much I just learned something while watching you and you will all get a kick out of this. When you were talking about how large your squad was and even though it may be a little inflated because of a mortis and you said look at all of the blue circles above my head I realized that the blue circles with the star in the middle or the dot or whatever it is are the ones that are fused and the one without anything in the middle of the circle is unfused this is so helpful for when I'm fighting other people or even more importantly to be able to see if theit Optimus prime or their elita is fused. Because of how large they are you think they're always fused and sometimes you go over and you kill them with an optimist or an elita and then other times you think you're going to be able to get them because last time it was so easy and that fused Optimus just sucks up all your blows and then he's 3/4 of the way dead or something and one of your guys dies so they heal and next thing you know he's back to full life you haven't even touched their squad and you're basically one foot in the grave

Both optimus and elita are definitely very tricky to differentiate between fused and non-fused because of their sheer size. It’s always strategic to know when to escape, like being ready to escape when a giant squad to the point where you can’t see which units are fused/unfused.

What part of the game are you in? The reason I ask is I get Colonel ruffs and sometimes he makes you two overconfident and you end up getting smoked. Also you said it's never a good time to get Colonel Ruffs there is one time, if you have a fusion start don't pick ruff I say this because he automatically fuses himself and even though a fused ruff is good you can get a better starter and hope you get rough later for a unused unit

it helps to get Ruffs early because you’ll get those lucky finds if you have him evolved to Super and above. At the end of the day you try to maximize as many fused units from ruffs as possible

Imo a good way to protect her is also fusing her, since she’s a common unit you can get multiple archers! So it depends on your goals, if you want those arrow volleys she’s really good in numbers

I didn’t particularly see Mortis fitting in a lot of my squad building early on. He’s pretty squishy and knowing Spooky world, it’s better to take tankier squads at the beginning

He’s still pretty weak and easy to kill. I would put him at the level of the archer. Can be strong, but has weaknesses that makes it less broken
