Public transportation for all is true freedom of mobility. Great example for many other US cities to follow suit.

I’m a ParaTransit Operator in the DC Area and we don’t even have the type of technology yet Vehicles are old and the way we pick up costumers is also old school. WMATA need to take notes it seem like. 👍

I know why they renovating the 46 is because that route is short that Avondale is closer to downtown and the 46 goes to downtown

This may be a stupid question, but does Metro have vintage film of the 45 driving through Swifton Shopping Center in the 70s? Or any video of buses in Bond Hill in the 70s you can share?

Metro needs to give a workshop to driver to teach them how to deal with people who has a disability and people the have mobility devices scooters and wheelchairs. They don't have the compassion or empathy needed to deal with people. Review the way they operate and treat people. Long as you make money people don't matter.

The Wi-fi, outlets and charger ports are awesome, but the seats are just angled down enough so I start to slip off and have to grip the seat in front of me the whole time. I have heard other riders say they have a hard time with the seats as well. Most of the time I am tempted to just take the next bus even if I’m late.

So now that you have your rail street car that is bleeding money, what are you going to do when the charity grants stop? It bleeds $$ and the hipster idiots who demanded it don't ride it... Why should tax payers pay for a train that goes no where? How about we place heavy taxes on the people who own a home on its route? Oh yeah, OTR hipsters and the socialist dimms on Council don't pay taxes!!
