It’s happening to me as well and the truck struggles to turn on sometimes and other times I need to jump the truck. When the truck starts without the jump the electric brake service comes out. I have a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500

This is a huge safety issue and everyone needs to report it to NHTSA. I tried cleaning the connector and it seem to lesson it for a little while. Its obvious that its the connector since it usually does it when i hit a bump in the road which jiggles the connector. Replacing the HCU probably will not fix it unless they make the pins larger that go into the connector.

I agree, it’s very distracting and dangerous. Also a faulty braking system. How do you report this? I still have my old part. I requested it from the dealership thinking I could sale it for a few bucks or refurbish it for when this new one fizzles out

Its all connected to that module. You have to replace the unit to get it to stop dinging constantly

Mine was doing this and driving me fucking crazy! I removed the ABS sensors on the inside of the rear wheel hubs and hit them with brake cleaner. Then I cleaned out the main plug for the ABS module under the hood. Seems to have worked so far.
