Confused between questions no. 27 and 44. Both are same questions and all same answers but both have different answers marked 🙄 I don’t finding which is correct one

It is a bit tricky about #27. In <<trans-goa-drivers-guide-2019-10>> (page #72), it clearly states" Passing on a two-lane highway... Do a shoulder check to the left to look for vehicles that may be passing you on the left. These vehicles may be in your blind spot." which means that there possibly is another vehicle(s) trying to pass you before you try to pass a vehicle in front of you. It also states that ..."When being passed on a two-lane highway, help the driver passing you by staying in your lane. Move to the right side of your lane to give the other driver a better view of the road ahead." Therefore, the correct answer should be D instead of B. However, if the question is changed to " When your vehicle is trying to pass on a two-lane highway..." then the answer should be B instead of D. So the answer for #44 should be C. Very tricky!!! lol

Question 13 is wrong, correct answer is C, they are not allowed to break the traffic safety act laws until they sound the siren. Question 22 is wrong, correct answer is C, not permitted at intersections with traffic control signals. Question 27 is A, not all of the above, just like the brakes, the driver is responsible.
