That's an interesting one! Thanks for the video as always Simon :) Quick question (I didn't understand from the video): Can it only be used if configured inside of a program, or used as a relay as well? Let me clarify what I mean with examples: - I use Pulsetic (a Saas product) for uptime monitoring, status pages, etc. They offer alerts via SMS, email, Telegram… could ntfy be used instead? (without modifying the code, since I don't have access) - I use WPvivid (a wordpress plugin) to run backups. It can send an email if the backup fails. Could ntfy be used instead? (without modifying the code, since my changes would be overwritten by updates) It seems to me it couldn't be used in those situations. But perhaps I misunderstood.

If you have options to put custom url or endpoint for notifications, you can use it. For WPVivid I'm not sure... If they have wp-cli commands to do backups, yes you can use ntfy.

Thanks for the video! If you didnt find out already, you can add the phpmyadmin from the "settings" tab on the main panel. add a new phpmyadmin subdomain there and it triggers the creation

so i have netbird on several servers but on one on aws idk why but i can not ssh in via netbird ip no matter what i try using a key or just the netbird ssh feature...i had a security group only allowing my ip to ssh in before but eben changed that to 0.0.0.0/0 and it didnt work im stumped...you only need the other ports open if self hosting right?

I don't personally like 8G, because it have to many false-positives and would rather use 7G. There is no harm to run 7G, Cloudflare and RSS. But for dynamic websites, I would not use 7G.

@@webnestify Have you run into many issues with dynamic sites specifically? Usually when I run into a false positive with 7G, I just edit the relevant rule to make it work for that specific site. It's been working great for me and my clients websites. (But I agree on 8G, I wouldn't really consider it to be stable yet)

The process "Waiting Zitadel to become ready..." has been problematic to me. It some instances it works in other it does not. So its really a game of guessing. When it works, I am having trouble connecting to it. May be it will not work for homelab. It will only work it it is isntalled in the cloud

Running the Cyberpanel script I found that MariaDB blocks the Hetzner IP ranges. So I'll have to figure out how to install MariaDB manually because the install script fails.

I think i missed the part, how do the vpn server communicate with the other instances ? For example we have a vpn server, and another instance where we host websites, or even multiple instances. How does vpn communicate with those instances to forward traffic ?
