Born & raised in Albuquerque.... Ive been back in that mine in my high school years... thats Sandia Indian land and you're not really supposed to be on it.... Ive been all over those mountains... Thats basically near the Juan Tabo picnic area where the rock house is... we used to go rappelling right across and down a spell from that mine.... one of many stomping grounds for me as a teen...

@joethompson2910 Despite what the naysayers have to say, I love the Albuquerque area and New Mexico. I bet you know many of the secrets that the Sandias hide. This mine is actually just on Cibola National Forest land. The fence for the adjacent Sandia reservation is right next to it. I never trespass in my videos. All the mines I film are squarely within the realm of the publicly accessible domain. Now, off of my soap box...haha. Yes, it's right near Juan Tabo Canyon. There is tons of mining activity there.

Brother, been watching your videos for a while, not a subscriber but I will subscribe asap promise you, I ain't no hunter, just got interested in the subject a few yrs ago after getting back on my feet yrs ago from a stroke, I finally was able to clean my dad old garage which no one had entered since he past away yrs ago, and while cleaning out his old tool boxes, I refound this piece or bar of something I had found while goofing around in the middle of nowhere between Las Cruces and Truth or Consequences New Mexico, was taking pictures back then with a regular 35mm camera like almost 40 yrs ago, I found this bar of something just sticking out of the ground , I picked it up, it was laying on the ground like in a lonely hwy between 2 mountains , so I took it home cause I just liked it, showed it to my dad and he liked it so I gave it to him and had completely forgotten about it til I refound it in an old toolbox of his, if your interested in seeing it , where can I send you pics or maybe when can actually talk on the phone so I can explain how I found it and if you think this could be like something worth something, I'm on disability so a little money would help and after refinding this bar of some sort of yellowish metal that hasn't and didn't rust while sitting in an old toolshed in a garage... And after refinding this piece just a few yrs ago I decided to read and see vids about the subject of treasures or gold findings in New Mexico I decided to finally speak about it , so if you or any other cool gold prospector out there would like to see the item and maybe talk on the phone about it , send me where I can get in contact , email or something to show them the item , pulse I do have a story that happened to me that made me dedide to finally talk and speak about it ..... Thanks: Robert and good luck out there y'all gold hunters !!

Could be a dory bar, pretty cool fine if so. Does it have any markings on it? Dory bars are a mix of gold, silver, and lead I believe. I could be wrong on that but there might be some $ to be had there. That being said, it's nearly priceless due to the fact that you know where you found it and could potentially lead someone else to that location. :P

@@captainobvious573 and one more thing, just recently saw a new video on KZbin about this gentleman from Truth or Consequences New Mexico that had found lots a and lots of gold bars in some cave nearby, and that he used to carry all his findings I saddle bags and that he had actually like used a hand held hack saw to cut them so he would fit them in saddle bags ..... That video/documentary got me doing this again, to try and get someone to help me figure what this thing which I still owe and got and has been sitting in San Antonio for a while now cause no one listened to me , so I called this one place I mentioned and they were the first people of all the person's I've told and sent pictures, they all would fun of me, til after yrs and yrs ,and after seeing that one video about that dude hack sawing them bars and the territory he had found them sparked something in me, but now instead of calling so called gold diggers clubs, them so called experts and or diggers , some of them pretty well known, they have 1000s and 1000s of subscribers .... Don't know why , , believe me, 99.999999999% of them are just worthless idiotic wanna be gold diggers , I know that now perfectly, but their stories I do would like to thank them , they're really interested !! So email me and this piece will probably be on display at that New Mexico University in Socorro NM soon, plus they're really interested on me going to Socorro to maybe figure out how much it will cost them for ne to take them to that territory, and kike they said , we dont care if we find anything at all, we just want to explore the territory .....

@dmanoutdoorlife 3 ай бұрын
Thanks, I'm glad it looks good!! I typically gravitate towards free apps as well, but I was unable to find a quality video editing app that did everything I needed. On the other hand, I wanted a better app since people were actually watching my videos. I have Filmora AI Video Editor for Android. I have a paid subscription. I think it was around $50 for the year. I expect no return on my $50, it was solely to improve video quality for my subscribers and all those who choose to watch. I'm no pro at this, so take my advice with a grain of salt. I like this app because it lets you export your finished video in HD, UHD, 4K, and let's you set the frames per second/FPS. There are more GIFs, stickers, sound fx, and other goodies than I could use in a lifetime. For me, it was easy to use. This was very important as my background is not related to video editing, nor am I a pro KZbinr. You can import and stitch together multiple video files as well as, trim, delete, and adjust volume settings. I have utilized very little of what the app can actually do. The bad: it takes a long time to render the finished video file, but I believe this is true with all devices. It took about 3 hours to render a 10 gb, 19 minute video on a new Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. I'm sure there are better apps out there, but I'm happy with this one. (This is NOT a paid advertisement) Good luck!! I hope this helps!
