GP Casquette enters the chat: I literally lol'd when you were talking about the GW5000 U and how it was not legible sometimes while driving. Legible drivers watches are overated😅 But i do love the strap on the 5000U!

@@southnx haha. Well technically the Casquette is quite legible, you just have to take your hands off the wheel and your eyes off the road to press the button and display the time. No biggie 😜

i'm somewhat obsessed with a060 movement watches from citizen. if they made a dive watch version a la Fujitsubo i think I'd be in trouble. so thanks for the comprehensive analysis between the two brands. made it clearer in my mind to watch what citizen does with this movement gojng forward.

@@herbertho Thanks for tuning in! You and me both if Citizen put that movement in a diver haha. I've often wondered if they will. Hopefully we see a more diverse range of offerings as they expand to other parts of the world

I think it's a great analogy between the 2 hobbies. As you know, I'm a dynasty watch guy. But I wouldn't be able to do the dynasty fantasy leagues. That seems like a lot of work, lol.my goal is to get closer to the yearly fantasy league with my watch addiction, just cycle through some of the watches a little faster.

As Tom Petty says, the waiting is the hardest part. I've mostly soured on preorders too. But get sucked in every once in a while. The Studio Underdog was tempting, but still passeed. Kickstarter is dead to me. Long distance relationship gone bad for sure...

So will THEM in the dark, but the instinct 2x tactical has night vision mode so nobody can see you when you look at it

I own a garmin and I own a gshock. ghock MIP display is amazing. many a times i struggle to see things on garmin screen. and I hate power hungry OLED displays. garmin has lots of features which might not be usefull for average person. gshock nails the basics perfectly for average person. i just wish they could recreate this gshock with cr2032 replaceable battery rather than recharging it.

This is my grail, I genuinely wouldn’t mind if Seiko released a couple more colours with these dimensions. I would be all over them as this is too rare to find

Incomparable. G-Shock is not near garmins features and millitary tests.

What comes to features, yes Garmin wins. But G-shock is much more durable than Garmin, you can't even compare them in terms of durability.

@@tomistrawberry1299 I guess people have to choose if the want a watch with functional features or one u can get a nail in the wall if you have no hammer 😂

This new addition is nice. I'm glad to see Seiko walk away from the uninspired design of the 62MAS and try something different.

Looks fantastic. They're expensive for a ceramic/plastic quartz watch that looks quite playful, but I'm sure they are extremely well made.

I personally think they're appropriately priced. Discounts are always available. Still a Breitling so superb quality. It's their version of carbon fiber. I banged that watch around like no other and there's literally not one mark on it. Very durable. I love HAQ as well.
