I have a 2016 manufactured Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT. It’s a USA made right hand drive and it’s been my daily driver for 3 and 1/2 years. It’s an amazing car that I’ve also taken on a race track here in the uK 🇬🇧. An absolute joy in track mode!

How hard was it to adapt the C7 Z06 fender flare? Did you drill new holes to fit the OEM screws and cut off the tabs?

Yeah but the charging cable can still unwind from 1 foot to 4 feet long. Pretty good storage.

Was the pro clip mount supposed to come with screws to place the swivel onto the mount? I ordered one for my Acura and I never received any screws for it

This company is a scam. Don't buy this mount they tried to charge me for refunding this garbage product. The refund fee is as much as a brand new phone mount in 2024. Don't spend 5x the amount on their bad quality product its way outdated for the current marketplace price and quality too.

@@n54e82 I ended up being able to returning it after complaining a lot in email. I got a "popsocket" and "popsocket" phone mount instead. It was around 20$ for both, and it fits both my phone, and my girlfriends phone (so we just got two instead). Way cheaper than this crappy mount, and ours stays in place just as good as the ProClip. I wouldn't recommend the Proclip, just buy a regular phone mount instead. Maybe they were able to scam people for 75$+ back when this released, but now-a-days there are cheaper alternatives.

Gonna be real: the included usb charger is going up on eBay or toa thrift store cuz I’ll be using a 30w dual usb-c charger that can actually meet the max charging capability of Apple’s magsafe charger instead. I don’t even get why you’d bother including it. Practically just e-waste.

The mount that I was sold does not have any pre drilled pilot holes so I have no way to attach the phone holder to it.

The pre-drilled holes are not necessary to be able to attach our device holder. They are a suggestion of where to attach the phone holder. You can screw anywhere into the mount faceplate with enough force to get the screws to attach securely. Thank you!

I think it’s edited but i remember first car my dad bought me a hyundai accent 2012 I think and it never passed 400 km i had a fatal accident but thankfully got out in one piece and that felt like shit man but after a while he got me a 2010 camry and i treated it like a princess now i am getting him cars and loans, I hope everyone gets what’s inside their father’s heart and mind.
