Hello, for your Renegade golf cart, you can check with aftermarket parts suppliers for compatible components. Also, consider visiting specialized golf cart repair shops that may have the necessary parts or alternative solutions for your model. These options should help keep your cart running smoothly.

How can you power LED lights from a golf cart USB power source. TIA
@BestGolfCartsInc
@BestGolfCartsInc 14 күн бұрын
To power LED lights from a golf cart USB power source, you'll need: 1. USB-powered LED lights: Designed specifically for USB power, these lights typically have a built-in circuit to regulate the voltage. 2. USB-to-DC converter: Steps down the USB voltage (5V) to a voltage suitable for your LED lights (usually 12V). 3. LED lights with a USB connector: Some LED lights come with a USB connector, making it easy to plug them into the golf cart's USB port. When using a USB-to-DC converter: 1. Check the converter's output voltage and amperage rating to ensure it matches the LED lights' requirements. 2. Connect the converter to the USB port and the LED lights to the converter. 3. Adjust the converter's settings (if applicable) to match the LED lights' voltage and amperage needs. When using LED lights with a USB connector: 1. Simply plug the lights into the golf cart's USB port. 2. Ensure the lights' power requirements don't exceed the USB port's amperage rating. Remember to check the golf cart's USB port specifications and the LED lights' power requirements to ensure safe and proper operation.

What about the wheels and suspension, is there a difference?
@BestGolfCartsInc
@BestGolfCartsInc 14 күн бұрын
Yeah! The Club Car Tempo is a newer model, and it features: - Aluminum wheels with a more modern design - A redesigned suspension system with improved ride quality and stability - A wider stance and a lower center of gravity for better handling The Club Car Precedent, on the other hand, has: - Steel wheels with a more traditional design - A older suspension system design - A slightly narrower stance and higher center of gravity compared to the Tempo However, Club Car has made updates and changes to both models over the years, so the exact differences may vary depending on the specific year and model of the Tempo and Precedent you're comparing. Hope this helps!

We have a lifted 2023 Bintelli with 2 lithium batteries and absolutely love it. Great backup camera easily goes 25+ miles per hour and can go about 65 mikes before needing a charge. Love the Bluetooth accessories and all the bells and whistles that make our cart street legal. Great steering radius and excellent brake response make the Bintelli a joy to drive.

Funny enough hé switchea the info later in secondly the electric one had later onnutte same electric motor ec the only change is the front and the back you can even swap them to the precedent everything Else is the same the early The early models from precedent start with PH later on JE of has to do with the controller that was 250 ah the later ones have 350ah Yes the BN serial is indeed a tempo Tempo wil be more expensive because iets newer the only difference in parts are the lights and bumpers everything else is the same!!! Why do i know this is is because i work in this industry The only Reason why i posted this information is of the incorrect information that had been shared Lastly motors can be changed for a more powerfull one that is a option. Also the speed dependance on the motor and the controller there are 5 modes on the controller the last 2 modes you need a special code for which you have to purchase from club car or get from a other store. But not every controller has 5 modes so contact your local or international store/ mechanic to get more information

I believe there's a mistake in the video at 5:26. In answering the question about how many lithium batteries are needed for a 48V golf cart, the video said, "Two 48V batteries connected in series." The correct answer is: "Two 48V batteries connected in parallel." Below is a statement from CHINS lithium battery company about connecting lithium batteries: "CHINS 48V 100AH LiFePO4 Battery does not support series connection, otherwise the battery will definitely suffer irreversible damage. Connection in parallel: it can connect multiple batteries, suggest no more than 8pcs in parallel."

Hello, I realize your post was 3 months ago, but I am going to try to ask for help anyways...... I bought 2 Eco worthy batteries just like the ones you have in the video. 12v100ah, last summer. I also have an Ecoworthy Charger. I only ended up using one of the batteries,as the other was not needed. I used this battery about 5 times last summer( on a snowcone stand), never fully discharged. They were kept indoors all winter, cool dry room.....Well, its Summer here now-neither one will charge, the charger flashed 13.0 then 4.5A ,and that all it does....The batteries measure @ 1/2 full but have both dies when I tried to use them this year, today actually, while serving customers at a market----and the fore mentioned is what happens when I got them home to charge them and try investigate what happened. But I don't know whats happening, or what to do about it, or anything? Cold you please help me? Keep in mind, I am not as advanced as you, not do I have all these interesting gadgets---just a farmers market snowcone stand owner trying to get help. I hop you get this and can reply. Thank you for you time.

It sounds like you're experiencing issues with your Eco Worthy 12V 100Ah batteries not holding a charge or being properly recharged by your charger. Here are some steps to diagnose and potentially resolve the problem: 1. Check the Charger: First, ensure that your Eco Worthy charger is functioning properly. You can do this by: - Testing the charger with another battery that you know is working. - Measuring the output voltage of the charger with a multimeter when it's not connected to the battery. The output should be around 14.4V (or according to the charger's specification for charging 12V batteries). 2. Inspect the Batteries: Given that the batteries were stored for several months, they might have self-discharged to a level where the charger can't properly detect them. Here's what you can do: Measure the voltage: Use a multimeter to measure the voltage of each battery. A fully charged 12V battery should read around 12.6-12.8V. If the voltage is significantly lower (e.g., below 12V), the battery might be too discharged. Check for physical damage: Inspect the batteries for any signs of swelling, leakage, or corrosion. 3. Attempt to Boost Charge: If the batteries are deeply discharged, the charger might not be able to detect them properly. You can try to bring them up to a level where the charger can work: Parallel charging method: Use a known good 12V battery (of similar capacity) and connect it in parallel with the discharged battery (positive to positive, negative to negative). This can sometimes trick the charger into starting the charging process. Manual charging: Use a different charger or a power supply that can provide a controlled 12V output. Charge the battery at a very low current (1-2A) for a few hours to bring the voltage up. Monitor the process closely to avoid overcharging or overheating. 4. Desulfation (if applicable) If the batteries have been sitting for a long time, they might have developed lead sulfate crystals on the plates, which can prevent them from charging properly. Some advanced battery chargers have a desulfation mode that can help. Alternatively, you can purchase a dedicated desulfator. 5. Load Test: Once you have the batteries up to a higher voltage, perform a load test to see if they hold the charge: - Fully charge the battery. - Connect a known load (like a light bulb or a battery tester) and measure how long the battery maintains a proper voltage under load. 6. Replace if Necessary: If the above steps do not help, the batteries may have suffered irreversible damage and might need to be replaced. Given their age and storage conditions, it's possible that they have reached the end of their usable life. Safety Precautions: - Always wear protective gear when handling batteries. - Work in a well-ventilated area. - Avoid short-circuiting the battery terminals.

A Battery Management System (BMS) app monitors and manages battery health, performance, and safety. It tracks state of charge (SoC), state of health (SoH), and temperature, balances cells, and provides safety protections. To use it effectively, keep the app updated, follow charging guidelines (20-80% charge range), monitor health alerts, avoid extreme temperatures, and calibrate the battery if recommended. Utilize power-saving features for optimal performance and longevity. Hope that helps

Good video! I'm trying to find even more in depth information such as what specific engine and transmission problems customers are reporting as well as why are they overheating?. It appears the BMS Ranch Pony 700 and Colt models have the 686 cc Loncin Engine made at Chongqing Loncin Motor Co. in China and sold at Tractor Supply Company (TSC) and Cub Cadet dealers. The CVT clutch belt is made by Mitsuboshi and is a double cog variable speed v belt measuring 33.2 mm wide and 944 mm length. This belt will cost you $328 at BMS Motor Parts in Riverside California. Are customers reporting unusually high engine rev when taking off? What types of warranty on this machine?
