What about CVD issues and drivetrain binding out of the box? Did you fix those? I wanted to order Kagama4 but such issues are a big no no for me and unless there is a fixed V2 version I will have to get Arrma Vorteks instead.
@TeamCorally2 күн бұрын
Hey, if there are any issues remember the cars are under warranty. The binding in the rear may be caused due to the wrong droop setup. It's a very quick fix.
@bodom321Күн бұрын
@@TeamCorallyI know you know there are multiple issues with CVDs reported. I don't want to use the warranty or pay and wait for parts - I want an upgraded version and will either wait for it or get another RC. Hope it's the first option as I really want Kagama! :)

Great video! Does the 6s battery and esc box fix on the Kagama 4 in case I want to upgrade esc to the Torox 185?
@TeamCorally6 күн бұрын
Hey it's the same battery bit the ESC plate is different. The 6S ESC is not a direct fit due to interference with the rear brace.

Hey, it's to change the tip when it's still hot. And a little hanger if you want to attach it somewhere near the workspace - a handy gimmick. Anyway it's still better to wait for the tip to cool down, but if you're in a hurry it's useful:)

I've barely seen anyone complaining about Corallys diffs or having issues with them that weren't the users fault. Corallys diffs are better than even arrma and traxxas. If you need extreme HD metal diffs, you're doing it wrong.

Awesome information... Have tweaked my 6s Kagama 1/8 roller a little 30k front, 250k centre, 15k rear... Not a million miles away from stock but enough to give greater confidence throwing the truck around, very poised, responsive and I think an easy to control rig over all. The 870cst front and rear shocks do still need a slight revision though... I'm certain there's an even nicer combination to be found but having fun testing it as it has become.

All in all it`s at least double the price of the car. For me all these upgrades are just not worth it. Go and buy a full spec roller or a proper racekit. It`s more expensive early on but ends up beeing the cheaper option in the long run.

Love the cars, we need some durable HD carbon steel ring and pinion diff gears.
@TeamCorallyАй бұрын
Hey. The Kagama 6S has high quality CNC steel gears already! Only Kagama4 and Syncro4 have different ones. If you have any issues with the gears please check the case and gear gap first.
@WilliamWhite-bo6nuАй бұрын
@ I’m running 7075 gear boxes….the gears don’t hold up for bashers. The Kagama was built to rival the Kraton 6s and it does that because it is well engineered. The ring and pinion gears are the weak spot, Team Corally needs to improve the gears with HD carbon gears.

Hi, I recently bought a new syncro-4 and it has destroyed the centre diff bearings in 2 packs? The diff & centre drive shafts get very very hot? The 2 out drive cups burnt my finger. I rebuilt the diff and new bearings topped up with 20k fluid and it's doing it again? I did notice it was low on fluid. Please any advice on why the centre diff is cooking?

+1 For an upgrade video ...but Corally does not have the right wheels for an upgrade. I expect Grippers are to much. Something in between with a Diameter of 150mm would be great, like Arrma Backflip 4S. Upgrades? Motor fan? Torox 185 + Kuron 825 maybe? Hope to see your upgrade video soon 👍🏼

@shawnscott97042 ай бұрын
Two things that need attention. The front CVD pin springs need to go on the Kagama and Asuga they’re seriously not a great design. Do it like Arrma and capture it in the cvd housing and front knuckle assembly. Secondly different top arms in front for Asuga, many have proved those break far too easily a new design or material is absolutely needed.

Team Corally…the only manufacturer that actually compares their platforms to let the consumer know exactly what they are getting. Nobody else gives you this information in such a classy way that they do. I mean the fact that they use so many of the same parts between platforms is freaking awesome!! And they have Luke telling us exactly what we should and shouldn’t do with each platform. Doesn’t get any better than that group at TC. I have been nothing but impressed with their product development and innovation with the consumer totally in mind. Ever since buying my Spark XB6 and having a grin from ear to ear while driving it I simply look forward to my next RC purchases from TC. Thank you for creating such great products and also for keeping us informed with great tech advice and redesigning based on feedback taken seriously. Doesn’t get much better than these guys for real. I hope I get a chance to meet these guys one day to bash and race at an amazing track or location. It would be a real treat and pleasure to do so. Keep it up Team Corally. Keep setting the bar high and giving other manufacturers notes on how to reach consumers on a more personable level.
