Hi bro! I have a 2018 Yamaha FZ 25 and I want to increase the current to charge a 9Ah battery that I just upgraded from a stock 7Ah battery. I have LED aux lights, a custom 150W music system and a fast 5V 3A USB charger to charge my phone on the go. I'm not able to use 2 items simultaneously because the voltage drops below 13 Volts if I do so. I am sure I need to use a bit thicker gauge wire than stock. After watching this video I am clear about how to do a 3 phase winding... My original stator coil is a single phase and my regulator is a 4 pin one. After I convert my Stator to 3 phase I might have to use a regulator from a KTM Duke 390 as it's a 3 phase regulator. If I still have some doubts, how can I connect with you? I'd really appreciate if you can let me know...

Nice! My instruction manual said to set the pickup in the middle of the slots, but now I'm thinking my timing might be slightly advanced as I'm getting excessive top end heat. Ill slide it forward like you did with the brass shim and tighten er down. Any chance you know the actual length of the brass piece? Not sure if I'll be able to find mine... Thanks for the vid!

Great video! I wish we could see the soldering part though. My speedo wasn't working, took it apart and the transistor had fallen off. Tried my best to solder a new one in, but it didn't work when I plugged it in. Not sure why as there didn't seem to be other damage to the board.

Your pipes in the rear are mounted incorrectly. The bracket goes on the inside of the food peg frame attachment. That will fix your exhaust leak.

I'm a bit confused. Snyder's explicitly recommends in their description for their 6:1 cylinder head that a "B" style gasket (Best 573) must be used instead of an "A" style (Best 509), which you're using here. Why is that?
