Hi Ben I actually contacted your new company which you have a person screening the people who contact you. Since then with the collaboration with what I was looking to do you started to work like emerald on the cruise ship industry which is a good move. Put the heart and soul of your business is to grow core customer base. What that said its development of your court customer base and also the products and services to gain more revenue for your business. No I have not been cooking all my life I certainly have a masters in business and want to help you. I’m a huge Below Deck fan (mostly because you’re on the ocean) and I also love to cook so when I saw you were on KZbin, I immediately had to follow. There are very few natural talents in the kitchen that can cook anything but you also kind of cook like my grandmother with your measurements. I hope you understand that that is a HUGE compliment! Chef Ben, I’m a very big fan of yours. I’ve been a Chef for 27 years, graduating top of my class from “Johnson & Wales” respectively. I also did a 2 year stint in France at “Le Cordon Bleu” my first Job was a lowly line cook at 21 in Manhattan. Enough of my resume. I have 4 successful restaurants and a rather large corporate catering business as well. I recently sold everything (fortunately right before COVID) you are not only an extremely skilled Chef, but your persona and brilliant whit is both refreshing and charming! Especially in an industry where I used to get cursed out in various languages and have cast iron cookware thrown at my head regularly! Thank you for putting a relaxed and much needed change in our beautiful industry!
