This product is amazing ! I just got one. It works everything in your body and makes you feel like you’ve literally had a whole workout ! You can still feel the results of it , even after you step off of it . I love it . Highly recommend . Also , if you have an Hsa/Fsa card you can purchase one ! 🎉

I have the same problem.. not charging and green light stays ON.. I will try to open and see if I can fix this piece of trash.. there is no manual how to open but I see 2 small screws one each at front and back, will try opening.

@@madelinedelvalle3666 I would say that I used it for two different things. First, it works as an efficiency multiplier for your physical exercises. All exercises targeting the lower body become more effective. When you turn it on, you instantly feel your fat shaking! 😅 Well, at least in my case. It also works well as a relief device for the lower body. You can simply stand on it, and it functions like a percussion massager for a wide area of your body. I would definitely recommend it! Please note that I work for this company, but I personally endorse this product.

I bought this from a retailer and it broke at the seam after only 5 uses. I only weigh 150 lbs so it is not going to last. I emailed customer service and they will not replace it since I did not buy it directly from them. That does not make sense to me because I did buy it from a retailer and it was brand new. Don’t waste your money on this, and the company does not stand behind their products.

Hey, I heard of this issue. You have to contact Aura's support ([email protected]). I don't think that there is a problem with your region. I live in Thailand and mine charges well.

@@Gravitation3Beatles3 Ordered one the other day and got it already. Used it for 10 minutes right now and it's something new I've never used before, but overall I feel really great. I'm always looking at a monitor all day so using this during a small break made makes a difference. I'd say its worth it imo.

Are you supposed to hold the start button down continuously? This video appears that you are supposed to but on another video it just shows them pressing the button and removing their finger. I have yet to get this thermometer to measure a normal temperature of 98.6 it usually measures anywhere from 92 to 96 and those measurements are on a range of people of different ages

I emailed them and they told me this.......Once paired, On your watch, please go to Setting> System Settings> Factory Reset. When the reset completes, you will need to insert it into the charging cradle to power it up again. You can select the proper language. I didn't find the where you could choose your language other than Chines so once I hit settings, it goes to Chinese so I don't know which one is "system settings" or "factory reset". My husbands popped up English while I was setting his up but mine didn't. Gggrrrr! -copied message someone said to you

@@kaihimself7448 I like it but I do think it’s not worth the price. The app doesn’t work that well with it. Sometimes it takes a while for the data to pop up in the app. You will see what I mean when it comes in. I like it, but I don’t it’s hard to explain. Let me know how you like it when you receive it, if you don’t mind. I like the fit of it because it’s not to chunky and I can actually sleep with it on.
