Hello 👋 If you hear carefully, you will notice a small noise coming from compressor. It’s 100% normal with over 150K Km But if you need to hear the engine how it sounds, you will need to take off you belt that drives the compressor then check if your engine is healthy or not

MAF sensor or PCV check valve diaphragm built into the Valve cover. A faulty DMTL pump can cause some symptoms like this too after a partial refueling. Finally the fuel pressure regulator in the tank could be faulty. If valve cover is bad, also change or clean the spark plugs as they will most likely be fouled or oil soaked. Possibly have oil in the intake too if a bad pcv / valve cover was determined.

Hi, very nice tutorial, but after replacing the module do you need to bleed the brakes or just fill the reservoir with new brake fluid and that's it?

Thank you Indeed you need to bleed the brake fluid It’s mandatory after messing with lines Also it’s better to do it with INPA (BMW procedure) that will automatically tell you when and which brake nipple to open and close

Hello . I did the adjustment after your video, but my motor still dances but not always. when it's cold, but when it warms up, it doesn't vibrate as much as when it's cold. I want to say here that the timing belt is good.Also, when I start accelerating, the vibration stops. on the place, when the box is in drive, it stops. any idea? thanks !

Hello In my case the engine was dancing After that I bought a set of 4 injectors used but redone by a specialist Installed them then I did the adjustment All of that after I checked the timing (very important) Engine 100% OK

The sound was exactly like when I moved it On bumps for example it did the same thing Like metal touching metal So it was the small part in the video, parking brake braket that was loose inside It took me a lot of time to find it

By releasing the pressure, creating atmospheric pressure in the cooling system, the boiling point of the coolant goes down. Therefore it boils. If you leave the cap on, it shouldn’t boil.

So this isn't a bad idea for the engine considering there is so much plastic and sensitive electronics which would become dry rotted by the fuel? The exact reason why the manufacturer recommends premium fuel? This seems like a good idea if you want to replace the engine in less than 100k miles. Just because it's a kit and now there is proper flow and pressure doesn't change the fact that everything plastic and rubber inside the engine will rot. It's basically like removing the lubricants of premium and dumping straight alcohol in the tank.

Hello, thankx for the remarks You are kind of right about lubrification of premium fuel that OEM recommends. The car is from 2005 engine still running great. I have been running e85 without this kit for a year now and no problem at all I wanted to add this kit as it helps with the mixture inside the engine. Regarding plastic and rubber, yes the e85 is a bit harsh on them but still if something goes wrong I will replace it (part of maintenance) Let me tell you : e85 (0,9€/liter) vs e98 (1,98€/liter) I’ll let you do the math 🙂

@@A1Frepairs I have a California SULEV N51 328i and catalytic converters which my car has 4 goes for $1500 each, E85 keep catalytic converters clean, so I would add those $6000 plus labor to the flex fuel money saving.

I can hear your distribution chain rattling so you may need to change it. The engine sounds good but I hear a humming note and I don’t understand from where? Keep in mind the microphone sound quality no matter the brand or model is not the best so I can’t figure it out 100%.

for future refrences this is most likely the cam follower going bad causing the fuel pump spring to touch your camshaft check the hpfp cam follower

Hello, Sûrement tu as une fuite oui En fait c’est plus compliqué que ça : - Ca peut être une fuite admission - Ca peut-être aussi un problème de MAF - Problème injecteur Moi je vais changer ma rampe d’injection, j’ai déjà mis un nouveau OEM MAF Mais surtout la vidéo c’était pour régler : Certaines fois, je m’arrête au feu rouge, le moteur se coupe ! Depuis que j’ai fait ça c’est good

Hi What do you mean by clicking noise ? If you injectors : completely normal ! If you mean lifters : it goes away after 10/15 min, if not you have a problem.

Hi man How you doing ? You mean when you plug the tester with the blue fluid, the cooling system boils before the liquid turns yellow ? If it’s the case, I’m afraid that your water pump does not work at all -> simple way to test it : check bleeding procedure for N52. If the pump turns ON you will hear it. Otherwise : big leak if the head gasket ! 🤞

@@A1Frepairs Yep, even draining a lot of the coolant before starting this procedure. I also have oil disappearing (without leak or smoke), plus few days ago the catalyst converter threw an error about being out of range. I guess it's the head gasket, but wanted to make this test as the cooling system had a lot of leaking hoes that were replaced. But even then the coolant kept falling down. Oil consumption is around 0.3/0.4l at 1000km Coolant loses a bit more. But still no visible smoke from the exhaust or leaks under the car/on the engine. For the sake of knowledge, I'll try the procedure and let you know the result. Thanks mate!

@@A1Frepairs The pump is looking fine, ejecting water with good pressure. I've arranged an engine inspection by a 'good' mechanic and possibly head gasket replacement.
