This is a strength exercise to strengthen the lower abdominal muscles through lumbar flexion. You can not target reduce body fat. The attached article will address how to get a six pack www.webefit.com/articles_200-299/article_295_Abs4Summer.html We have an upcoming article that address the issue of body fat. Especially the “stubborn” belly fat. It is a truly groundbreaking discovery by a Chicago physician that revolutionized have we look at the body and what we can do to reduce “stubborn” body fat. I do not have a publication as of yet. But, if you subscribe to our newsletter you will receive the article via email when it is published. Yes! Normally we also wear long sleeves and gloves as well when around the lamps, but did not for the video. Thank you to the people who reminded us we should ALWAYS wear protection.

I contacted the company that sells the test card (American Ultraviolet) with the circle in the middle. They said they can not be used to test LEDs as the the light frequency is different. They said it won't work. I am waiting for the new cards to come out. However, I don't have experience with the second tester you showed. I will look into that one. The surface test you did is interesting. Duration, distance, and intensity of the light are important to know. It is a bit risky having exposed skin and eyes around UVC. Be careful brother. Thanks for the post!

Thanks! for the info....exactly the info I need. Where do I purchase the cards? and do you know of a referable supplier of corn cob UV-C light?
@Petr75661
@Petr75661 4 жыл бұрын
Do not buy any UV-C LEDs. They have less than 2% efficiency, compared to 30-40% efficiency of the low pressure mercury tubes. On top of that, the LEDs are several times more expensive.
@teslacoiler
@teslacoiler 4 жыл бұрын
Quick test for UVC lamps. place your arm near the bulb and expose your skin for about 5 seconds (VERY IMPORTANT: ALWAYS PROTECT THE EYES!), than switch off the bulb and sniff the exposed skin. If the bulb is real, the exposed skin should have a burning smell. Do not do this test many times because UVC exposures are dangerous (the burning is real... but just limited to a very thin layer of skin because of the very short exposure time!). Please note that almost 50% of portable LED disinfectors and almost all of UVC LED lamps are FAKE but devices equipped with transparent mercury vapor discharge tube are usually genuine (and also, cheap-crappy UVC devices equipped with mercury vapors discharge tubes are almost always more powerful and better than super-expensive and well designed disinfectors equipped with genuine UVC LEDs)

Thank you for this important video! Great job of showing ALL THREE of the best (proven) ways to confirm the UVC light disinfection process - each providing different types of test where each of them provide very important and unique analytical data from a referenced point of calibration! Everyone needs to be aware that many sellers on mainstream sites are selling meaningless (no point of calibration) fake UVC test cards to promote their fake UVC lights. For everyone's safety I would stick to only the three proven ways used by WeBeFit in this video, a company that has really done its homework to protect you while keeping you fit! Only wish this place was near me! Here is a detail video on QuantaDose kzbin.info/www/bejne/h2S8on2IhNWjnaM The test they do are great, but WeBeFit has really become a roll-model for businesses everywhere! They have gone above and beyond, I recommend you visit their website to see what I'm talking about!

So where do we buy the cards ?
@arobinson68
@arobinson68 4 жыл бұрын
I can look at that bulb and tell it will not work for what you would need it for. (COVID-19) That bulb has no UV-C LEDs, which are tannish aluminum, and the company does sell the corn bulb with the authentic UV-C LEDs. At best this may have slight bactericidal properties because it gives off UV-A. I have a few UV-C LED devices from this company with the authentic UV-C LEDS, and I ordered more dosimeter cards to test their bulbs that resemble authentic UV-C LEDs.

Some companies make claims that cold pressing fruits into a smoothie is better than traditional blending bc of the lack of heat. What's your thoughts? Does traditional blending of smoothies denature any of the antioxidants or bonds in the fruit? thank you
@WeBeFit
@WeBeFit 9 жыл бұрын
Robert Reichert Jr. The short answer is that there's NO clinical evidence showing one process is ultimately better for our health than the other. Not one company has taken the time or money to run a simple test. Take the same types of fruit and/or vegetables, prepare one with cold pressing methods and the other with traditional blending. Then give them to two groups of people in a blind study and see which group benefits more. Instead of doing that, they spend millions of dollars on marketing campaigns trying to convince you that one is superior to the other based on small (VERY small) differences in the end product. But without an actual human study to back up their claims, they're all just making it up. Wired did a wonderful and simple article on it and you can read it at the link here: www.wired.com/2015/04/nobody-can-prove-cold-pressed-juice-better/ Thanks for the question! (And don't waste your money on the expensive/hyped cold press products.)
