When I was overseas in Japan the only time I use leave is when I went back to the states which was 18 days. I just go off base and visited Japan in the weekends without using leave days since the radius is 500 miles which is pretty much a big leave saver.

You can if have enough storage. That's why I mentioned a hard drive in case if you don't have space. Especially tv shows cuz that takes up a lot.

@@elijahbaker6196 They get better food than the enlisted side. The main galley usually have premade food which pretty much okay but not the best. Then the CS’s in the wardroom/officers galley take their time to make food better.

@@ChaiRockyy I gotcha. I'm still pretty torn between surface warfare and aviation before I talk to a recruiter on what my options are. I have the ability to play in college but right now I'm split between playing at the navy prep school and then going to usna or going to norwich for a year and then either transferring and redshirting or just sticking at norwich for my bachelors.

@@ChaiRockyy Yeah, the early screens from what I remember had some issues. A lot of issues were cleared up over time. They have mods that don't even require cutting the shell now too. I prefer the GBA myself to SP, not so cramped and the e-reader fits better too.

I really DO NOT RECOMMEND the composite to hdmi converters. I’ve used them in the past because it’s cheap but I look at it now and the interlacing was everywhere when I last used a couple years back plus lag. The GameCube controller style joystick feels nice to the touch but doesn’t have the 360* range which needs to be fixed in the future. I do plan on modding my top loader once I can get the pcb’s. I’ve been trying to by the set for for awhile but it’s always sold out. So I was lucky enough to get the chips for the snes and n64. The top loader is just on my entertainment center as a display figure for now until I mod it.

@@ChaiRockyy I was referring to specifically the premade cables for like SNES, not one of those cheapie $5 converter boxes. I've had no issues with the Gamecube style joystick, maybe just a bad one? Thought the Retro Fighters N64 controller is a better overall replacement.

Your only issues are games with DLC. The DLC matches the region of the cartridge. It'll play the language of the system unless it isn't available on the cartridge.

Yes, though the issue will be with DLC. Your DLC will be the region of the cartridge, so you will need a North American account for that. I'd recommend sticking to your region unless it is simply something not released there or the game has no DLC and never will to worry about.

Didn’t experience a 9 month deployment. Only 6 months. At the same time there is no specific answer on which ports you’re stopping at or how many ports your going to. It all depends on the plan you get from the chain of command. You could expect 5 ports or you can expect 1 fingers crossed. And to answer your other question you can use you command PO Box for mail no matter where you are. The time you will get mail is from razzes.

You should just homebrew your PS2 and rip your foreign games to the hard drive to play them. That's what I did instead of modchipping my PS2.

It’s pretty much Japan’s version of component cables. It has different connector. These cable are for North American TVs, which I don’t know why the box is in Japanese but that’s what it ships with so I guess it’s shipped straight from Japan if you purchased through Nintendo’s online store back in the day. As a guy who lived in Japan for two years they don’t have the red blue green cables on there TVs. I even when to there retro game stores and there enhanced TVs had the d terminal connector.
