And if it hail there goes another expense changing the roof. Also if the heater goes out. You also have to buy a new heater ir air conditioner unit which is also another $4,000. Additional expense. Wherein if your renting I dont have to worry about mowing, aplliances breaking down. And insurance is not as expensive owning a house.
