this little instrument, is one of the most OP broken Mother f0cker I ever seen, I did some random stuff and add a guitar pedal effect... damn!!! and by the way this pattern is one of the most legendary one!

I loved programming TS-404 plugin in Fruity Loops, that was based on Roland's TB-303 back in early 2000s. It has that unique acidic sound that, really can get under your skin in a good way :)

Do you know the pattern from “blood is pumping” by voodoo and Serano? Been looking around everywhere and can’t find it
@Guitarist8883 ай бұрын
That wasn’t sequenced on a TB 303. It was sequenced on SH 101. Similar to Darude’s Sandstorm. If you listen closely to blood is pumping, it has a pitch bend in the main riff, 303‘s don’t have pitch bend effects.

@@Guitarist888 that makes a lot of sense. Thanks!

Great! To arrange the bassline on the TD-3, do you have to double it to get to 16 steps? thx

Wow man.... these patterns are great. Someone knows in the first pattern when he introduces the time keys wich keys is he pressing? It's difficult to follow since there are no lights in that mode.

The pitch is totally off though should be much lower and you’ve used a major third instead of a minor third, you did get the timing right though

for those of you trying to program this without a 2 octave up function (standard tb 303), drop everything an octave: most notes will be down an octave, single up octave will just be no modification, and 2 octaves up will be 1 octave up. when you're done, the relative pitches will be fine, but you'll be down an octave. switch to play mode, start the pattern, hold the pitch mode button and press high C. this will transpose everything an octave up (the correct pitch in the recording). you'll need to do this each time you start and stop the pattern, and be aware that the transposition won't happen until the pattern has run at least once.

pretty sure its the second pattern he programs on the tb03. then the tb03 plays the first pattern while the td3 plays the second pattern.

I did pick up the individual sections as he went along (was really focused on what he was doing and why), but even so, similarily to you, when he put it all together and started pushing that volume knob on the TD-3 at 3:45 , he really got me rocking. Awesome stuff.
