Bought the x431 pro5 smartbox or smartlink it was suppose to have 5 year warranty. Guess what? They will not honor the warranty 4 months after purchase. They are china based so no way to sue them. Bought from ebay which ebay allow them to say they have 5 year warranty but ebay will only give you 30 days to return it. Ebay doesn mind as it pushes sales up. My j2534 feature does not work on my scanner and is useless. Tried every driver available which they dont make easy to find. $1400 total waste of money.
