This ship was 2+ years old and i upgraded it over time. You could decrease the cost to 1B, I wasn't able to make it work cheaper. C3 w/o effects in a confessor is probably not feasible cause of the neuts, I might be wrong tho

No I don't, I don't see them that often in wormholes. You should check out Kaplar87, he had a pretty good proteus before switching to the legion
