@@Raid1824 The reason Mandem didn't get taken in 4.0 is likely because the MDM ogs wanted to remove that bad history of the group. Seaside has a history and poor reputation from the past so bringing it back allows thoughts and feelings of that gang to be roleplayed by people that were experienced or knowledge of bad things that they did. Do you really expect it to come back??
