This is fantastic, but I just have to point out that the fact that they can emulate slavery, suicide by hanging, and gun violence but can't say the word "damn" is very indicative of the issues we have here in America.

This children’s class performance stayed true to the lyrics (as true as you can for kids) without losing any part of the spirit or message of the musical. Bravo!🎉 👏 Much better than the illegal “Scamilton” church-edited version. (Don’t believe me? Just do a KZbin search for “Scamilton” or “Illegal Church Version of Hamilton” to compare.)

If I had a penny for every time I saw people perform something related to Hamilton in a church, I would have 3 pennies which isn’t much but it’s weird that it happened to me thrice. Also they performed very well. I laughed when the kid playing Hamilton aggressively shakes the clock during the “You never learned to take your time” part
