when I was a young boy growing up in rural Canada late 60.s early 70.s ganesh visit me very large I was frightened greatly as I hd never seen or hear of him since I was a white Christian...I had no prior knowledge of him so you can see why I was scared .he said to me why you cry..i said vim afraid...he say im not afraid of you so you should not be afraid of me..hethen said...I will always be with you....always.. never be afraid again...this I shall never forget

I don't know exactly the meaning of my name for years. I'm trying to find out on internet. A little bit clear. Just surprisely when I stayed in Malaysia, my tamil technicians say to me happy birthday which they mean is Ganesha Chaturti that I lately understand. Well, I don't know why my father gave me hindu name, actually I'm Muslim. But now I know it has beautiful meaning. I hope I always have positive features from Ganesh.
