i found broken link in twitter but when i use the name in my account it's tell me username already exist is twitter have some time to delete username like after month username delted and you can use that name ??

Yes...the username and email address on Twitter account are available for use on another account 30 days after the account was deactivated or deleted. Now why 30 days?... because Within those 30 days, the information remains tied to the deactivated account to allow for reactivation.
