Great Video. You've convinced me to run Belly Sweep to the strong side. Also, thank you for the unbalanced PA seam play. Can't wait to use that! Thanks again, coach McKee.

I played football at John Glenn in Bay city MI where John loop coached who played for engal at bay city central. We ran the. Full. House T. I loved it. 3 yards and a cloud of dust. 40 and 41 bread and butter play.

How do these drops look on the hash?
@chiefpigskin
@chiefpigskin 23 күн бұрын
Great question. I should have addressed that. So for level 1 I honestly wouldn't even talk about it with the kids. I would just roll with the odds of the habitual landmarks. If I had a team that practiced every day we would occasionally do the same drill from the hash and let the kids see that the zones to the boundary have condensed and the zones to the field require some extra hustle.

We used to do the a rabbit drill. Same concept but the entire D does the updown while a ball carrier runs up the sideline. Each position had their pursuit landmark but the ball carrier added in the adjustment factor in my opinion. Plus it made it more of a competition rather than just running. Side note; as a corner I obviously hated all of this

The single wing lives. You see it every time you see a pulling guard, every time you see a sniffer, every time you see unbalanced formations, every time you see a double handoff, and especially every time someone gets into the “wildcat.”
@johnsergesketter5196
@johnsergesketter5196 4 ай бұрын
It's a versatile offense and many styles of "single wing" including Spread formations. I've coached it in youth league football. It's great for teams who can't always rely on having a passing QB and Recievers to run a pro-style offense. The core play is the power off tackle. You can slow it down but if you're stopping that play you're over committing and have weaknesses elsewhere and that's when a single wing team will exploit that and hit you for a big play.
