If understand it correctly, in chaos mode: 1: there is a new card called master. 2, if you call liar on the master card the one who dropped it can choose to shoot anyone. 3, if you correctly call a liar, you shoot them.

Then theres the card the game mode is named after. If anyone calls liar on that card, it makes everyone have to shoot
