Sometimes I think David’s singing part of our lives or maybe he went through the same experiences that lots of us have gone through. When it comes to romantic music no one matches this gifted man. Blessings to you David.

Anyone who knows my dear wife of 41 years would say that this song describes her. She's a consistently hard worker that has always found ways to give and serve our family, first her parents and grandparents, then me, then our children, now our grandchildren and our neighbors and members of our church. She does good to everyone. Her hands work with delight. She has made all of us richer spiritually, emotionally, physically and financially because of her contributions. She is and will be an example for generations to come. I cannot thank our Father God enough.

Love this song. Brings me back to earlier days when I first introduced to contemporary Christian music. Wish he was still singing Christian music.

How do I get this song? I can’t find it on Apple tunes. I can’t believe that this, the best version of the song is unavailable even on a greatest hits album.

The following album Masterjam with Chaka back was a predominately Quincy Jones production that had a few hits but the band seemed overwhelmed by Q.

One of my late cousins knew him-- and, I think, worked with him on a few gigs. She told me the obvious, that he was, "Truly gifted". I remember him touring with Anita Baker when they were promoting the 'Rapture' album, (Gerald Albright play alto and tenor sax in that same ensemble.) I'm traditional jazz person, but I had this on C.D. I was really bummed hearing about his passing. He really had a gift for melody and lyrical content. Thanks for the upload. Peace (RIP, Garry)

I've known Donn since the Late seventies and love his music. I sing this song to to myself whenever I am discouraged. What a blessing

Thanks for posting this, Crusinmusic! Been looking for this song for a very long time. I remember from when I was growing up in the 70s. Rita Coolidge also sings this.
CCM with a gospel flair. I don't listen to LPs anymore, but I have this in my basement in a crate somewhere. I rekindle my memories with you tube channels. Keep up the nostalgia.
