If you want to take this to the next level, use Belgian chocolate in your raw coconut oil chocolate mix.

She's using the raw virgin kind of coconut oil, not the liquid one, won't work. Has to be raw virgin one.

Hi Twaheera- we have never tried using ghee in the chocolate layer so I cannot say if it will set properly but if you do try it this way do let us know how it turns out!!

thank you for such a great eggless cake recipe, it worked out excellent! if I have to make a vanilla cake, do I just substitute cocoa powder with more plain flour?
