Yeah it’s good you have realised this from a young age. What I would suggest you do is not necessarily cut these people off but rather just prioritise your personal growth etc and see these people when necessary. Not all of my friend are super serious about becoming the best version of themselves and that is fine, these people are still my brothers and no one makes me laugh like they do. But just because they don’t prioritise what I do I don’t see that being a reason for me to cut them off to be honest💪🏼

Super informative vid bro, just got my bloodwork done and my test is 360 as a 19 year old male. I eat almost strictly processed foods, drink a shit load of soda, have no sense of schedule or structure in my sleeping habits or day to day, and I'm frequently stressed out. Hoping that as I break these bad habits my physical and mental well being will follow. I'm curious on the point about no vegetables, are there any vegetables you would consider ok to eat and some that you would stay away from?
