Nothing can justify what he has done. BUT HEAR ME OUT ISTG THIS GOES SOMEWHERE POSITIVE <3. He is 16! He is a child, with a beating heart, feelings, emotions, and the will to change! He was dealing with things in the past and unfortunately will continue too, but he has shown he can change. Deku, Never hated bakugo for the bullying, instead still deciding to stick by him, seeing him as a role model and an inspiration because of his attitude that will get you up and off your lazy ass. So if he forgives him (which he will, im sure he'll even say something cheesy like 'i didnt even have to forgive you, because i didnt hold it against you in the first place <3') it is NOT our right to judge that decision because we are not the victims. That regret will be held close to bakugo forever, but so will their friendship. And as proven even now before bakugo apologizes, they'll push eachother forward, and I believe bakugo will become a worthy hero because he has that fighting spirit!
