Everything you just explained is what's been happening in my experience - past 2 weeks have been crazy energy taking me back into profound loss of my Mom 6 1/2 yrs ago & the mess around that in my life & revisiting the options of "old behavior" & am grateful to say - it couldn't control me like it had in past negative way/energy even tho was distressing "old addictions & self destructive behavior" thoughts coming back on me - not going to lie - it was extremely uncomfortable experiencing it but the "addiction cravings" & "self destructive behavior" thoughts didn't affect me like once did🙏💪💙 - I was like giving "old shit" the finger - I was so angry & feeling out of sorts - foggy lost feeling in the throws of this breakdown - but in back of my mind i thought - Jill just relax as best as possible & don't give away your control - I cried on & off going through turmoil for several days - & thinking "I trust the process" & "this too will pass"- (they did) I was afraid I was losing my spiritual grip even tho I'm completely dedicated to this mission - But then today when I opened my eyes I felt like energies shifted into sound (even stronger somehow) spirituality & dedication - more then I've had for past 3 or 4 years - then I knew it was all meant for me to experience to be able to move forward & heal from these most profound old traumas.
